Bantry Technologies chose the Sun™ ONE Studio and NetBeans integrated development environment (IDE), formerly called Forte™ for Java™, to empower VirtuoSimo™ with low-level debugging functionalities. The natural quality of Sun™ ONE Studio as well as the motivation of Sun to enter the SIM and USIM applet development tools were key factors for the partner selection.

The fact that Sun Microsystems recognises Bantry Technologies as their favorite partner for this technology was also decisive.

Bantry Technologies has written a plug-in from the Sun™ ONE Studio platform to the VirtuoSimo™ platform.

This feature is available on the VirtuoSimo™ Standard, Expert and Expert Pro versions of the tool.
